We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our 26-bed Emergency Department. As a vital member of the team, you will provide exceptional care to a diverse patient population, ensuring their safety and well-being in a high-volume, high-acuity setting.

Responsibilities:

•Provide direct patient care to a diverse population, including newborns, adults, and geriatrics, in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

•Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments.

•Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

•Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, adhering to all regulatory and legal requirements.

•Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

•Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

•Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•Current PA Registered Nurse License: Required.

•Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Required.

•Relevant Emergency Department experience: Preferred.

•Strong clinical skills and knowledge of emergency medicine: Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

•Commitment to providing high-quality patient care: Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring patient satisfaction.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Flexibility and adaptability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

•Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
