**Job Title:** Telecaller

**Location:** Dubai Bussiness Bay

**Reports To:** General manager

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, providing information about our products/services, and setting up appointments or sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Outbound Calling:**

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

- Inform potential customers about our products/services and answer any questions they may have.

- Follow up on previous interactions with potential customers to nurture leads.

2. **Sales and Lead Generation:**

- Identify potential sales opportunities and set up appointments for the sales team.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.

- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.

3. **Customer Interaction:**

- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to relevant departments as needed.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.

4. **Data Management:**

- Accurately record all customer interactions and update contact information in the CRM system.

- Track and report on call outcomes and performance metrics.

5. **Team Collaboration:**

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads and effective campaign execution.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and achieving targets.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant speaking voice.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
