Job Summary:
As an Office Executive at OdooLeam, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations. You’ll handle administrative tasks, assist with communication, and support various teams within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails.
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
Maintain records and files.
Communication:
Coordinate internal and external communication.
Draft and proofread documents, emails, and reports.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners.
Team Support:
Collaborate with different teams (development, marketing, sales, etc.).
Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
Provide support during recruitment processes.
General Office Tasks:
Greet visitors and ensure a positive experience.
Keep the office tidy and organized.
Handle basic financial tasks (petty cash, expense reports, etc.).
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in office administration or related roles.
Familiarity with software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
