Our adept team, with expertise across variousareas, delivers well-rounded strategies and solutions. We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Job Duties:
• Perform data mining and extract usable data from various sources like databases, spreadsheets, surveys, and external datasets.
• Use machine learning tools to select features, careate and optimize classifiers
• Clean and preprocess data to remove errors, ensuring accuracy for analysis.
• Use statistical and mathematical techniques to analyze large datasets, and identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop and implement statistical models or machine learning algorithms for predicting future trends based on historical data.
• Create visual representations of data with charts and graphs for easier understanding by stakeholders.
• Draw meaningful conclusions from data analysis and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Utilize databases for efficient data storage, retrieval, and manipulation, often requiring SQL skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance data analysis skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or college program in statistics, mathematics, computer science, computer systems engineering, or other related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a data engineer, data scientist or similar role.
• Experience in programming and software such as Python, C and C++, Matlab, SQL, Javascript, Jira etc.
• Proven experience in statistical modelling or machine learning
• Good communication and collaboration skills, strong analytical skills.
