Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

• Manage enquiries via telephone, email, and post, ensuring prompt and courteous responses. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems to ensure efficient document management. Greet and assist visitors, congregants, and service providers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle correspondence, complaints, and queries, escalating issues as necessary.

2. Relationship Building:

• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships. Liaise with various teams and committees to support their administrative needs and facilitate communication.
