We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Rental Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Rental Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in finding qualified tenant clients and facilitating successful leasing agreements. You will be responsible for showcasing available properties, conducting property tours, and effectively communicating the benefits of each rental unit to prospective tenants.


1. Tenant Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage prospective tenants through various channels such as online listings, networking events, and referrals.

2. Property Showcasing: Conduct property tours and effectively highlight the features and amenities of each rental unit to potential tenants.

3. Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing relevant information about available properties.

4. Lease Negotiation: Assist tenants in understanding lease terms and conditions, and negotiate rental agreements that meet the needs of both parties.

5. Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and processed in a timely manner, including lease agreements, rental applications, and related paperwork.

6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about local rental market trends, competitor pricing, and industry best practices to make informed recommendations to prospective tenants.

7. Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with existing tenants to encourage lease renewals and referrals.

8. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the leasing team, including maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating property maintenance requests.

9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations throughout the leasing process.


1. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

5. Familiarity with rental leasing laws and regulations is a plus.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
