Physician Assistant - Orthopedics

Well-established and respected Orthopedic Group seeks to add a Physician Assistant. This will be working four days in the clinic and one day in the OR (first assisting). The PA will run their own clinic. The PA will be supporting a General Orthopedic Surgeon seeing sports, total joints and fracture injuries. Responsibilities include: write scripts, fracture management, injections, coordinate with PT/OT, consultation, rounding and patient evaluation and education, reviewing lab results in a clinic setting.

PAs should be Board-Certified. Orthopedic experience is preferred but will train a new graduate. The location is 15 minutes from Portsmouth. The area provides great quality of life, outdoor recreational activities and convenient access to the city of Boston. The group would prefer Physician Assistants with ties to the region.

Compensation: Salary is open (depends on experience). Additionally, there is an excellent full benefits package provided which includes 401k profit sharing plan with match program, full medical, dental, vacation, CME, STD, etc.
