Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's or higher degree relevant fields such as food technology, food science, or related disciplines

• Very good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing) and Turkish language will be an asset.

General professional experience

• Minimum 7 years of general professional experience

Specific professional experience

• Minimum of 5 years of specific professional experience in process engineering and design related to salting, smoking, marination, or similar seafood processing methods

• Experience in strategic planning and business development

• Experience in developing feasibility plans for food processing expansions
