Internship Overview

ILP Overseas International Learning Planners is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team. As an HR Intern, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions and assist our HR team in day-to-day operations. This is an opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications And Skills

- Less than 1 year of professional experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong leadership qualities and ability to collaborate in a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (preferred but not mandatory)

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

Roles And Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting and scheduling interviews

- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

- Assist in organizing and conducting employee orientation and training programs

- Support HR team in employee engagement initiatives, such as coordinating events

- Collaborate with team members on various HR-related tasks

Stipend: Performance-based
