Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys business objectives and growth plans.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including timely and accurate financial reporting.

Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and optimize financial performance.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.

Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are highly desirable.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management within the financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.

Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
