Role: Corporate Administrator
Location: George Town, Cayman Islands
Salary: $70,000 USD DOE
On behalf of our well-established client, Personnel 2000 are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Administrator to join our dynamic team and support our ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and file formation documents with the Registrar.
· Coordinate with the Registrar and CIMA on routine administrative matters.
· Maintain statutory records and corporate documents in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
· Assist attorneys in preparing corporate documents, invoices, and correspondence.
· Aid attorneys with the collection and processing of AML/CFT documentation.
· Interact with clients and intermediaries via email and telephone.
· Work closely with the wider operations teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Skills and Experience
· Proven experience as a Corporate Administrator or in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
· Strong academic background.
· Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
· Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Suite, View Point, CAP, DITC, and CORIS.
· In-depth understanding of corporate administration processes and best practices.
· Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
