Position: Driver Recruiter

Experienced Driver Recruiter Hiring CDL-A, Owner/Operators, Company Drivers, and Lease Purchase positions.

As a Driver Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top driving talent to join our client's team.

With your expertise in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding, you will ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for driving positions

- Conduct thorough background checks, including CDLIS verification, to ensure compliance with industry standards

- Utilize social media platforms and market research to identify potential candidates

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

- Coordinate orientations and onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into their role Essential

Job Functions:

- Utilize the Ten street platform and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track hiring progress

- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage social media accounts and promote job postings

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to proactively refine recruitment strategies

- Provide exceptional candidate experience by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing concerns

- Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry professionals to tap into for future hiring needs

Skills:

- Previous experience in driver recruiting or a similar role within the transportation industry

- Strong knowledge of hiring best practices and recruitment techniques

- Familiarity with using market research and social media for talent acquisition

- Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
