Compensation: $250,000 - $350,000 base salary (negotiable) plus equity

Location: This position will be 100% onsite in Manhattan in the Union Square office.

Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer â UI/UX Product Design and Animation

Our focus is on improving user experience, accessibility, and the ease of integration, especially for onboarding and checkout processes. By tackling the main challenges such as the complexities of onboarding, smart contract wallet functionalities, and enabling seamless transactions for monetization, we are establishing new standards in blockchain interactions. The SDK, supporting any EVM chain, promises broad applicability and innovative solutions in web3 financial products, packaged with a user-friendly web2 interface. Our team is built on the foundation of a highly impactful, lean structure where every individual's contribution plays a critical role in our mission to simplify complex blockchain functionalities into intuitive and user-friendly processes. Position Overview:

We're seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to lead the UI Design of our check out feature product. This position is key to ensuring the frontend scalability, security, and capability of our UI/UX Product Design to handle significant transaction volumes and guarantee a seamless User Experience for our customers. The ideal candidate excels in a self-directed environment and is passionate about designing animation and tools that will transform the way developers integrate blockchain technology. This will be a Senior design role for someone with an animations and UI/UX background, has experience with web2 or web3, and has been building a portfolio for quite some time.

Key Responsibilities:

● Solid background in Frontend development, particularly with Javascript, React.js, Vue.js, Figma

● Over 5 years of experience in frontend development, with a portfolio of successfully developed and deployed software products and animation.

● Demonstrated capability in UI/UX and animation. 5-7 years experience with a demonstrated portfolio and past work examples.

● Excellent analytical and innovation-driven problem-solving abilities.

● Autonomous work style with effective prioritization to achieve significant outcomes.

● Keen interest in blockchain technology with a readiness to master blockchain-specific development.

● Profound understanding of frontend software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

● Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in collaborating with product teams and external stakeholders.

Desired Qualities:

● Proven experience in addressing complex technical issues.

● Knowledge of EVM-compatible blockchain networks and standards.

● Familiarity with web3 technologies is advantageous but not mandatory.

● Web3, crypto, NFT design projects within a portfolio.

VC backed startup experience, ideally with web3 projects.

● Motivation to work on innovative projects that manage high transaction and data

volumes.

5+ years experience working for a tier one agency type of company like Airbnb, Cash App, Linear, Verceill

● Hands-on experience in a VC backed startup
