Nurse Case Manager Compensation

The pay for this position is $39.92 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Nurse Case Manager Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with 40% traveling face to face with patients

Nurse Case Manager Responsibilities

Through the use of clinical tools and information/data review, conducts comprehensive assessments of referred member's needs/eligibility and determines approach to case resolution and/or meeting needs by evaluating member's benefit plan and available internal and external programs/services

Application and/or interpretation of applicable criteria and guidelines, standardized case management plans, policies, procedures, and regulatory standards while assessing benefits and/or memberâ s needs to ensure appropriate

administration of benefits

Utilizes case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines and company policies and procedures

Nurse Case Manager Requirements

RN with current unrestricted VA state licensure

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
