Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead a team while providing guidance, support, and coaching for development.

Provide support to teams by assisting with the resolution of escalated issues from customers, agencies, or managers.

Establish and maintain communicative relationships with all stakeholders and ensure that accurate information and reporting is provided.

Make recommendations for efficiency improvements to the AP and payroll team day-to-day duties, as well as accounting procedures and policies.

Prepare and review cost allocations, and perform regular reviews and adjustments on internal controls, reporting, and timelines.

Bachelors or Diploma in Accounting required

At least 4 years of accounting experience

Experience working for non-profit is an asset
