Job Title: Estimator - Commercial Flooring Estimator

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team in the commercial flooring industry. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and site conditions to determine flooring requirements.

Conduct on-site inspections to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.

Calculate material quantities and labor costs for various flooring projects.

Collaborate with suppliers to obtain pricing and negotiate competitive rates.

Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to clarify project details.

Maintain accurate records of estimates, revisions, and project communications.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an estimator in the commercial flooring industry.

Strong understanding of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
