Warby Parker is searching for a reliable Clinical Scheduling Coordinator to join our Eye Care field team! We are committed to enhancing accessibility to eye care within our stores, and you will play a vital role in achieving this mission. Working closely with the Optometrist Leadership team, you will be instrumental in scheduling our Optometrists to maximize doctor coverage and appointment availability across multi-store markets. What you’ll do:

Develop schedules for Optometrists across stores and multi-store markets, prioritizing maximum doctor coverage at our top volume locations and making sure appointments are available at our peak times

Maintain regular communication with our team of Optometrists to secure coverage for locations that would benefit from additional exam days

Coordinate with Optometrists and OD Leaders to meet doctor coverage needs, providing support and advice on time-off and coverage opportunities

Audit online exam appointments to ensure alignment with published schedules

Provide support to OD Leadership with additional exam reporting and administrative tasks

Serve as a subject matter expert for all tools and systems utilized in the role and assist in supporting OD Leaders, store teams, and Retail Field Leaders on OD scheduling and appointment booking process questions

Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra credit:

1+ years of experience working in optometry or working with ODs

Familiarity with scheduling tools like Dayforce or similar platforms

Previous experience working with electronic health records and technology systems

Strong understanding of Google apps (including Sheets, Gmail, and Groups)

New York Pay Range

$48,125—$55,000 USD
