LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES
Position : Executive Assistant/ Travel & Trade Show Administrator
Work Hours : M-F 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific time
Holidays : TBC
Pay Range : $1000 - $1200 per month
Key responsibilities supporting the VP:
Email and calendar/meeting management.
Organize weekly calendar for the VP.
Attend meetings on Zoom and take minutes of the meeting.
Database update and management
Key responsibilities as Travel and Trade Show Administrator:
Negotiate and book yearly trade shows for the company.
Notate differences in year over year cost and expenditures.
Keep yearly calendar of booking deadlines so the company doesn't receive late fees.
Organize travel for employees during trade shows (flight and hotel bookings)
Maintain company travel bookings spreadsheet.
Book food concessionaire for the onsite shows
Purchase of supplies during show run such snacks, coffee, soda, office supplies etc.
Organize and book company events at show such as dinner, seminars, yearly company outing.
Manage database of team members loyalty numbers
Requirements:
At least 1-3 years of proven experience as an EA with experience handling travel and trade show
Familiarity with flight and hotel bookings in the US
Prior trade show or travel administration is highly preferred.
Has excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Reliable, self-motivated, and meets deadlines.
Good communication skills and can converse properly with no language barrier.

Proficient with MS Office particularly Excel
