Production Control / Scheduling Manager – Heavy Manufacturing

Salary Up to $85,000 + Benefits & Paid Relocation to Southern Mississippi

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily production schedules and keep a close eye on outgoing supply parts.

• Manage customer schedule change requests and confirmations.

• Maintain inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Communicate with customers on delivery dates and keep everything running smoothly.

• Lead purchasing and customer service efforts within the department.

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory and address deficiencies.

• Manage MRO requirements and collaborate with suppliers.

• Support shipping and receiving teams on supply issues.

• Expedite manufacturing and purchasing to align with the master schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years in production control within a manufacturing environment.

• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; expert-level Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables); proficiency in MS Office.

• Education: A BS degree is preferred but not required.
