HelloFresh Spain

The role

We are looking for a high caliber Senior Growth Strategy Manager to develop and execute a broad range of initiatives to maximize the value of HelloFreshʼs new and existing customer base. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a driven highly analytical person with strong problem solving and communication skills and who is excited to make an impact in one of the fastest-growing global food technology companies in the world launched in 202 in Spain.

What you’ll do

Take ownership and drive multiple high impact growth projects, from customer acquisition to retention and reactivation initiatives, building on HelloFresh proven growth playbook and adapting it for the Spanish market

Drive the Conversion Rate Optimisation roadmap: analyze the various stages of the conversion funnel to identify bottlenecks and areas that can be streamlined, work with the relevant teams (e.g. Digital Product, Payments, Brand, Physical Product, Logistics) to increase the performance of our customer activation and reactivation funnels

Oversee some of our key channels (e.g. Online Marketing (Paid Social, Influencers, Affiliates, SEM, SEO, Display, Video, Mobile), ATL, Referral, and CRM), executed in collaboration with our Global Marketing teams

Monitor budget allocation and channel performance to enable scaling in line with our local growth and profitability goals

Take a strategic and pragmatic approach to scaling and optimizing channels to meet conversions, CAC, ROI and budget goals

Actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test (new channels, channel innovation) and take the lead on select, high-impact projects across teams

Work hand-in-hand with our Marketing Analyst to complete actionable analyses that drive transformative change within your channels and projects and the wider marketing team

What you’ll bring

Bachelor or Master’s degree from a top-tier college or university, preferably in business, management, or a related field

4-5 years relevant working experience in a Growth, Strategy or Business Development or similar role, ideally in high-growth scale-ups.

High caliber profile: you are a fast learner, top performer and want to take on a new exciting challenge

Analytical mindset: you are really good with numbers and have strong analytical logic and rigor

Top notch ways of working: you set the bar really high in terms of collaboration and what good looks like

At ease in a fast-paced and demanding environment and experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously

A high dose of customer centricity: you have a drive to challenge the status quo and make sure we excel in acquiring and retaining new customers to HelloFresh in the most efficient way!

A growth mindset and a “learning never stops” attitude

Ability to work through tough problems with a rigorous and pragmatic approach

Strong mastershop of Spanish and English languages
