Essential Qualification and Work Experience:
6+ years of work experience, predominantly in USA Banking Operation in Commercial Lending, Risk Management, AML and Fraud Risk, Retail and Consumer banking industry with in depth knowledge of entire Commercial loan life cycle. Origination knowledge will be advantage.
Exposure towards USA Credit policy guidelines.
Experience in handling huge team across multiple Locations.
Active participation in Solutions and Transitions is a must.
Understand market dynamics and drive business decisions
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and to manage multiple deadlines

Accomplish and exceed business goals through various methods. Guide and mentor highly motivated team.
Liaison with front end team and provide support. Interact with solution and transition teams to ensure project requirements are met.
