Permit Specialist - Commercial Construction

A well established top Commercial Construction/Abatement company in Queens is working with gpac confidentially to find a Permit Specialist to join their growing team. Could that be you?

The right person will have:

Minimum 4-6 years NY state / NYC permitting experience

NY State Department of Buildings (DOB) and NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) permit filing experience preferred

Basic knowledge of / ability to read construction documents

MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) proficiency required

Bilingual English/Spanish a major plus
