Position : Client Support

Working Hours : Mondays to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Holiday : US Holiday

Salary Range : 900-1,200 USD per month

The company's platform simplifies data capture for field crews, enabling restoration contractors to coordinate and deliver outcomes for property restoration businesses.

Overview of the position

Responsible for managing customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring timely assistance and issue resolution. The role will utilize our customer support platform, Guidde, alongside tools like Google Docs to provide comprehensive support. The role involves creating clear screen recordings to aid documentation and refining materials based on customer feedback, contributing to continuous improvement.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.

Assist in offloading support tasks and maintain communication cadences with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Utilize our customer support platform, Guidde, proficiently to provide comprehensive assistance and support.

Create and maintain screen recordings to supplement documentation and facilitate user understanding.

Enhance documentation based on customer feedback to continuously improve the support experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in client support or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and client interactions.

Proficiency with customer support tools such as Guidde and Google Docs, along with a deep understanding of optimizing these tools for client assistance.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

Ability to produce clear and concise screen recordings to aid in client guidance and issue resolution, contributing to seamless client experiences.

Experience in refining documentation based on client feedback to ensure accuracy, relevance, and usability.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to efficiently manage multiple client inquiries and tasks.

Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, fostering positive client relationships and contributing to team success.
