What will you do as a Compensation & Benefits Executive?

As a Compensation & Benefits Executive, you will be responsible for HR Operations administration including payroll, compensation and benefits, HRIS data management, global mobility, budgeting and ensuring all these activities are in compliance with company’s policies, data protection and local legislations. You will also be required to support the design, development, communication, and implementation of C&B initiatives, salary, bonus and benefits programs.

Degree/Diploma holder or the equivalent

Payroll and C&B experience

Worked in a HR Shared Services and or C&B environment

Detailed oriented and meticulous

Ability to spot deviations

Knowledge of local legislation & tax rules

Ability to plan and organise

Strong excel skills

Your core responsibilities are:

Work with out-sourcing vendors to prepare and support end-to-end payroll processing, perform verification to ensure prompt and accurate payroll & benefits processing. It includes but not limited to monthly payroll, statutory reporting, ad hoc and year-end filing individual income tax return

Ensure compliance with local tax rules and local legislations for payroll, benefits, leave and insurance administration

Manage and administer HR files archiving and updates

Responsible for payroll reconciliation and cost charging in partnership with Finance and payroll outsourcing vendor

Support HR team and employee queries and communicate important payroll and benefits notifications, reminders, and changes to employees

Responsible for the budgeting cycle and process, working alongside with Finance

Work with professional service partner, responsible for global mobility process and its related activities, including tax reporting, cost charging and expenses tracking

Manage employee data and ensure data integrity and governance. Review documents and perform employee data entry in MyPulse, with accuracy

Prepare and perform paperwork pertaining to employees’ onboarding / exit clearance

Review and make recommendations to improve on HR operational/transactional activities to achieve efficiency and improve employee experience

Work closely with other HR members and provide excellent support to HR teams and employees at all leaves

Support learning related activities including course registration, sponsorship administration and invoicing

Process timely and accurate claims relating to insurance and benefits

Maintain accurate records of claims and ensure compliance with local policy and legislation

Prepare reports and provide claims experience statistics as needed

Prepare HR reports on payroll, benefits and any statutory reporting requirements

Support and submit data for the surveys e.g. labour market survey

Maintain payroll records for submission to government bodies and statutory boards

Prepare monthly HR reports for management

Work closely with the Finance department on payroll interface and reporting.

Prepare report and payroll data for auditors

Prepare payroll data for auditors for remuneration reporting

Prepare and support any request on payroll, benefits data/information request

Work closely with Finance on the budget cycle and process

Implement local C&B processes, policies, programs through collaboration with HR Center of Excellence

Accountable for the operational management, implementation and continued operation of Compensation programs & projects

Responsible for the updates and communication of C&B policies

Provide reports, payroll data, payroll calculation and tax reporting to support the development and implementation of C&B initiatives

Highlight and report any observed gaps, inaccuracies or potential non-compliance for C&B processes, practices and initiatives

Initiate, drive, communicate and manage the local year-end increment & bonus schemes, including computation of increments and bonuses for employees

Own the annual budget process plan and quarterly latest estimates reporting

Support and partner with HRBP on any employee service requests or operational issues

Address and resolve employees queries

Build relationship with HR teams, vendors, finance, and business leaders, employees

Support any government queries or requests
