Enterprise Infrastructure Operation Team Leader

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for the operation of the Mail system, Sharepoint, M365, Video conf and IP Telephony systems with his team

Resource and licence management

Responsible for documenting incidents, problems and significant events in his area of expertise and reporting them to the management

Manages the professional control and cost effective implementation of IT operational changes resulting from developments and modifications

Directs the professional development of the operational principles of New IT solutions affecting his group of experts, the adoption of new developments and the professional phase out of outdated IT systems

Checks the standardization of operations, the monitoring and consolidation of the life cycle of devices

Monitors the documentation of services/systems, such as configuration management, capacity management, user management, etc and responsible for keeping the up to date

Ensures a high level of support for internal users and the resolution of error reports and problems affecting the expert group as well as make suggestions for improving the error handling processes

Management tasks:

Controls and manages the team, does the resource management, plans the working hours, perform administration tasks for the team (vacation plans, time sheets, SLA times) and other regulations (eg. Home office policies)

Makes proposal for competence development, annual objectives and performance evaluation, recruitment planning and trainings

Requirements:

University degree

5+ years relevant experience

Strong project management and coordination skills

Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills, ability to synthetize multiple information and sources

Self-motivated, and confident personality

Advanced English skills
