Requirements/Qualifications: Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Insight into fabrication processes.

Proficiency in computer skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Matric certificate.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in workshop management.

Exposure to material handling/stored energy is advantageous.

Negotiation skills.

Organized, reliable, trustworthy, and honest.

Brief Responsibilities: Lead fabrication department, service technicians, and drivers.

Conduct biannual KPI reports with workshop and service staff.

Provide in-house training to ensure comprehensive product knowledge.

Ensure deadlines are met and project progress is monitored.

Manage month-end stock take, transfers, etc.

Coordinate technicians daily tasks and schedules.

Oversee logistics, including collection and deliveries.

Manage stock and control stock levels.

Assist in building new batteries and manufacturing battery tanks.

Maintain accurate records on SYSPRO for invoicing purposes.

Submit monthly timesheets and incident reports.

Schedule and oversee standby teams monthly.

Conduct regular site and customer visits to uphold service standards.

Assist in branch operations to ensure efficiency.

Optimize the use of company equipment and resources.
