Due to continued growth, we are seeking talented Senior Electrical Engineers to develop innovative solutions through concept generation, preliminary design and modelling, detailed design and analysis, prototyping, integration, and testing.

You will work closely with other electrical engineers in a collaborative environment to develop novel control systems and electronics hardware.

Electrical Engineers play a critical role in developing not only our power electronics products, but provide vital solutions for products related to thermal control and energy conversion.

Senior Electrical Engineers will: Research and design/develop electrical components, equipment, and system for Defense, NASA, and DOE funded programs Collaborate with mechanical, chemical, and materials engineers to solve multi-disciplinary problems at both the component and system level Design, layout, fabricate, and test printed circuit boards Develop and implement control algorithms for microprocessor controllers Develop high fidelity test beds for testing of electronic products Work independently and/or lead small technical teams Minimum Requirements: BS in electrical engineering required with a minimum GPA of 3.3, MS and PhDs a plus Experience controlling motor drives, ac-dc, and dc-ac converters a plus Experience developing control systems for military applications a plus United States Citizenship required due to US Government ITAR program restrictions Mainstream Engineering Corporation is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
