Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing server-side applications, web services, and APIs using Node.js and related technologies. You will collaborate with our team of developers and engineers to build scalable and robust solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop server-side applications and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business requirements.

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Write clean, well-organized, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.

Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or in production.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js frameworks.

Proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of asynchronous programming.

Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and project managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

Contributions to open-source projects or a strong online portfolio.
