Graphic Design Specialist (Hybrid)

Day-to-Day Duties May Include:

Producing and editing images to be used in the instructions for use (IFU) for medical device systems and instruments.

Collaborating with department team members and with cross-functional subject matter experts to collect screen captures in multiple languages.

Owning image creation from inception to completion.

Working to ensure compliance with FDA and regulatory guidelines.

Maintaining an internal archive (repository) of images.

Developing and/or maintaining process and productivity aids (intake forms).

Adhering to policies, procedures, and quality documents.

Participating in content review cycles to provide feedback on creative and design elements.

Researching and recommending new creative solutions as they relate to graphic design.

Ensuring successful representation of the styles and standards as well as the corporate brands across media.

Qualifications:

Bachelorâ s Degree in Graphic Design.

3-5 years of relevant professional experience.

1-2 years of experience in biotech or medical device organization preferred.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
