Day-to-Day Duties May Include:

Serving as a subject matter expert and providing support to the business on current and new functionalities.

Serving as the primary contact for internal business partner for the functional area.

Translating business requirements into functional design.

Creating functional specifications and working with cross-functional teams and development teams to deliver the technical objects.

Reviewing and contributing to design document, configuration documents and functional specifications.

Conducting unit and integration testing and regression testing.

Supporting production processes and all associated business systems functions.

Analyzing business processes, performing fit-gap analysis as required, and providing the business team with cost efficient proposal on inefficiencies and risks to determine appropriate process and system design.

Working with IT and business teams to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.

Identifying gaps between current and future state of business processes and helping in prioritizing opportunities to improving processes through the usage of business capability matrix (BCM).

Leading and facilitating business user meetings to gather process information.

Conducting QA validations and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests on various initiatives.

Conducting deployment activities for supply chain projects and provide training to new users.

Qualifications:

Bachelorâ s Degree in Engineering required.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.

Minimum of 5 years of designing and configuring QM module & knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules (MM, PP & PM experience is an asset).

6+ years related experience covering business system analyst, and prior demonstrated implementation experience on at least one package ERP application.

SAP experience is required with a strong lead role in implementation preferred.

Hands on experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) and working experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) & SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.

SAP S4 HANA experience is preferred.

Prior experience with global organizations and multi-language environments.

Medical devices computer systems validation (CSV) process knowledge is a must.

Demonstrated experience of managing projects with medical devices Part 11 compliance requirements.
