Collaborate with our installation and sales teams to support the commissioning of new systems and provide technical expertise during project implementation. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts usage, labor hours, and customer communications, using our service management software. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, or retrofits to enhance energy efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: ️ Relevant industry experience ️ Proven experience servicing and troubleshooting heat pump systems, including air-source and ground-source configurations. ️ Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure. ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery. ️ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
