The Senior Finance Manager will develop insights and analysis by leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, optimize processes and forecast trends. A successful candidate for this role will act with a high level of autonomy; managing strategic projects through the full cycle of discovery, data sourcing, analysis, visualization and presentation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

As the Finance lead and partner to the Sales Center and Marketing Teams, the position will help drive growth and profitability through full ownership of total P&L as well as clinic level P&L’s

Drive monthly Forecasting, annual Budgeting and periodic long term Strategic Planning, along with scenario and trend analysis

Develop and implement comprehensive analytics and strategies to support business decision-making processes, related but not limited to, promotional analysis, industry trends and modality level unit economics

Analyze data trends and patterns to provide recommendations on business strategies, operational efficiencies, and new opportunities.

Create, refine and analyze both actual and forecasted promotional lifts, while constantly identifying financial risks and opportunities

Collaborate with key business partners such as sales leadership, marketing, field operations, and medical teams to define, standardize and automate reporting and analysis needs for daily tactical decision making

Develop and maintain tracking and reporting until a point where it can be automated and introduce analytical programs and dashboard reporting to the function and it’s partners

Encourage innovation and experimentation within the team to explore new data sources, analytical techniques, and tools.

Required Skills/Abilities:

The right candidate must be exceptional at managing financial information, demonstrate a solid understanding of Sales and Marketing, possess an entrepreneurial mind set, and display an ability to work in a dynamic environment

Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS) and databases (SQL).

Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience conducting quantitative & qualitative analysis to solve defined business problems

Intermediate to advanced skills with data visualization tools including Tableau and/or Power BI

Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative / business field or equivalent practical experience required.

Certifications in analytics, data science, or related fields.

6+ years of robust analytics experience with a focus on business intelligence, finance, operations, sales and marketing
