Lingo Staffing is now hiring Welder Fitters in Roanoke, VA.

Hours: 1st Shift Monday-Wednesday 6:00AM- 4:30PM Thursday 6:00AM-3:30PM Friday 6:00AM-11:00AM 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 3pm - 3:30am*overtime and weekend work is mandatory as needed* Pay: 1st Shift $20/hour 2nd Shift $23 / hour Welder Fitters are responsible for welding, fitting, and assembling sheet metal.

Job Requirements:• Must be able to fit and weld Fluxcore 1/16th.• Must be able to successfully pass a 3G Weld Test.• Must know AWS weld symbols, shapes, fractions, nearside and farside.

• Heavy lifting (50-100 lbs.) repeatedly throughout shift• Basic math skills.• Ability to use hand tools.• Basic computer skills.• Ability to work in a production-based environment.
