Responsibilities:

Supports the implementation of the MOL Group’s Test and Release Management strategy.

Plan, organize, execute and report the test and defect management processes and tasks of the assigned SAP and non-SAP projects.

Supports the SAP Major Releases by organizing and coordinating the related test & release management activities.

Supports the SAP Minor Releases, maintains the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and other release-related documentation as business as usual activities.

Administrates minor and major releases and all the related changes according to the effective release management process, documents SAP-relevant changes in SAP Solution Manager ChaRM module.

Provides the quality assurance of all required release-related deliverables.

Acts as a knowledge base for release management support tools (ie.: SAP Solution Manager - ChaRM module), supports and advices users in the related processes.

Supports MOL IT&D GBS and its processes by providing up-to-date reports, documentation and KPI dashboards.

Supports the communication between different parties regarding release management related topics.

Requirements:

University or college degree in economics, computer science, business administration (degree in IT is an advantage)

Minimal of 2-3/3-5+ years relevant experience in IT field (QA, Test Mgmt, Release Mgmt, Service Mgmt, PMO) preferably in multinational environment

Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian are required (official written communication is in English)

Demonstrated analytical skills, result orientation, be able to work independently, Structural thinking and analysis approach

Knowledge of software development lifecycle, ITIL processes,ISTQB framework, Microsoft Office products, special focus on MS Excel

Working experience with some of the followings are advantages: MS SharePoint, Teams, MS PowerBI, SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (modules: Solution Documentation, Test Suite, Change and Release Management), SpiraTeam by Inflectra, ISTQB, ITIL certificate/knowledge are plus
