Job Title/ Role: SuccessFactors Architect (C1)

Location: Edison, NJ/NYC, NY

Position Type: Full Time

Experience: 9 to 12 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Architect to join our team in NJ/NY. This full-time role requires deep expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementation and support in client-facing roles, along with strong configuration and administration skills in SuccessFactors.

Qualifications:

• Certifications:

o Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

o Certified in Time Off

o Certified in Onboarding

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation & Support:

• Lead and support the implementation of SuccessFactors EC and Time Off modules.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for these modules.

2. SuccessFactors Administration:

• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors administration, including data models, picklist management, reporting events, workflows, and propagation functionality.

• Manage and configure Time Off and accruals.

3. Hands-on Configuration:

• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Employee Files, and RBP (Role-Based Permissions) settings.

• Manage and edit Data Model XML files.

4. Workflow Management:

• Create and manage Workflow Derivation Rules.

• Set up and maintain approval workflows.

5. Permission Management:

• Manage permission roles for Employee Central.

• Configure and sync HRIS (Human Resource Information System) settings.

6. Event Transactions:

• Handle standard event transactions with workflow support such as Hire, Rehire, Terminate, Absence, Transfer, Promotion, Demotion, Probation, Job Change, Data Change, Job Reclassification, Pay Rate Change, Position Change, and Return to Work.

7. Time Management:

• Configure holiday calendars, work schedules, time types, time account types, and time accounts.

• Implement and manage business rules related to Time Off, including rules for proration and carry forward.

8. Onboarding Expertise:

• Knowledge of Onboarding 2.0, Offboarding, and Crossboarding processes.

9. Reporting and Analytics:

• Exposure to Online Report Designer (ORD), Advanced Reporting, and People Analytics.

10. Integration and Data Management:

• Experience with Integration Center and SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol).

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other SuccessFactors modules.

• Knowledge of additional HRIS platforms and their integration with SuccessFactors.

• Advanced technical skills in XML, reporting tools, and data integration technologies.
