Position Description: The Sr Total Rewards Analyst assists in the design, implementation, administration, and ongoing evaluation of ATD’s total rewards programs. The role provides subject matter expertise in compensation (heavy broad-based) and benefits to support the attraction and retention of top talent. This position will consult with compensation leadership, business clients, and HR business partners to identify, develop and implement initiatives that impact total rewards. This is a key role helping to build out the total rewards function.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Project manage and play key role on annual total rewards activities
Conduct ongoing job analysis & classification via job architecture framework, conduct market analysis & job evaluation, help assign jobs to pay structures
Help maintain salary survey database and liaise with vendors regarding salary survey participation
Assist with the 401(k) audits, identifies improvement opportunities, and presents detailed action plans for resolutions to Director of Benefits
Provide additional analytical support for the total rewards function including data collection, trend analysis, reporting and dashboarding
Performs ad hoc reporting utilizing retirement recordkeeping platform and company HRIS system
Use data to assist in analyzing and assessing proposed retirement plan changes
Establish total rewards program guidelines and processes, helping to drive efficiencies in HR processes and reporting
Lead and assist on enterprise-wide compensation and benefits projects including building total rewards framework, setting strategy, and setting program practices
Participate in or lead benefit-related projects independently and in conjunction with other benefit team members.
Partner with HRIS in building out and optimizing Workday to support total rewards delivery
Ensure company compliance with federal, state and local regulations/legislation, including FLSA
Requirements and Experience:
Preferred Education: 4-year college or university degree
5+ years of experience in compensation; CCP Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct and interpret complex analyses and provide actionable insights to guide decision making
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Creates and delivers presentations on function-related subject matter and writes in a clear, concise form
Knowledge of laws as they relate to compensation and HR, including federal, state and local wage and hour regulations
Thrive in high-volume, fast-paced and feedback driven environments
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with HR systems and databases; Workday experience a plus
Comfort interacting with all levels of employees including Senior Management
Prior experience managing confidential and sensitive data
Ability to work with minimal supervision
