Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, and account management in
PEO/EOR services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of HR outsourcing, payroll, compliance, and related services.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling,
and industry events to generate new business opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective
and existing clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that meet their
objectives.
• Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets,
including market analysis and competitor assessments.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their
business challenges and present tailored PEO/EOR solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and
operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to
position XMC, Inc. as a thought leader in the PEO/EOR space.
