Job Title: Certified TIG Welder

Hourly Wage: $23 - $30 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG welding on various HVAC components according to technical drawings and specifications.

Ensure quality and precision in all welds, meeting industry standards.

Inspect completed welds for defects and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Set up and operate welding equipment, and maintain tools in optimal condition.

Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements:

TIG welding certification (required).

Minimum of 2 years of TIG welding experience, preferably in HVAC manufacturing or a similar industry.

Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and welding symbols.

Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.

Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
