Regulatory Compliance Officer

Job Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)

Work Location: Taguig

Work set-up: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday regular dayshift

Salary: 90000-120000 max/month

Responsibilities:

-Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the organization.

-Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

-Develop and update internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.

-Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements, compliance procedures, and ethical conduct.

-Prepare and submit reports on compliance activities, findings, and issues to management and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

-Must have a minimum experience of five (5) years in compliance/ internal audit/ risk management/ legal services/ operations

-Experience as a Data Privacy officer is preferred

-Familiarity with the BSP, Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB), and other regulatory agencies that govern banks, such as but not limited to SEC, BIR, etc.

-Good oral and written communication skills, highly analytical and resourceful.

-Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication, writing, and problem-solving skills

-Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, able to be firm yet tactful, must be an organized and oriented person

-Experience working in a foreign bank.
