Role and Responsibilities:

As a Team Building Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the company's work culture. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to promote teamwork, improve communication, and enhance overall team performance. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Develop and facilitate team-building activities and workshops that promote communication, trust, and collaboration among team members

- Conduct team assessments and identify areas for improvement

- Design and implement training programs to improve team dynamics and communication skills

- Plan and organize team-building events and activities both in-person and virtually

- Act as a mediator and resolve conflicts within teams

- Collaborate with department heads to address team-related issues and develop solutions

- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in team building to constantly improve the company's team building efforts

- Create and maintain team building budget and track ROI for all team building initiatives

- Measure and report on the success of team building efforts

- Provide support and guidance for team building initiatives across all departments

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and inclusivity within teams

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

- 3 years of experience in team building, preferably in an e-commerce environment

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize team building initiatives effectively

- Passion for creating a positive and inclusive work culture

- Experience with virtual team building platforms and tools

- Strong understanding of team dynamics and group behavior

- Proven track record of developing and managing successful team building programs

- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
