Our client is a design, engineering and technical consultancy company incorporated in England in 2013 to provide expertise to the UK and international transmission, distribution, and renewable sectors.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
Conducting penetration testing, simulating an attack on the system to find exploitable weaknesses.
Developing and implementing security framework, policies, processes/procedures and guidelines.
Maintaining security subject-matter expertise and keep abreast of best practices & trends.
Managing vulnerability assessment.
Oversight & resolution of security incidents.
Designing and customising advanced network and endpoint-based malware prevention and detection controls.
Executing the strategy for Cyber threats including contingency and recovery planning.
Developing, improving and deploying policies and procedures for cyber threats.
Identifying and deploying tools to reduce suspicious activity.
Ideal Candidate
You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You have at least 3 years experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support or IT Security role.
You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have working knowledge of O365
