The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Facilitation of Scrum Master

Daily Scrum Meetings

Sprint Planning Meetings

Sprint Review Meetings

Sprint Retrospective Meetings

Maintain Team Dynamics

Coach team members (e.g., with one on one coaching)

Mediate through impediments & conflicts

Identify outstanding project and product decisions impacting team delivery

Foster the assigned teams self organization

Support Team, Project and Organization goals with project leaders and product owner(s)

Provide feedback tthe team

Encourage the use of Agile Practices within the development teams

Help in product related activities

Help teams and vendors with the release planning

Be familiar with the team (i.e., the product)

Supporting the big picture

Bring people together whshould meet and support each other

Keep in touch with every stakeholder regularly

Help the team report tmanagement

Help tfurther the Agile community within the organization

Be a contact person for everyone on the team and their stakeholders regarding Agile

Provide learning opportunities tpeople in the organization (e.g., talks or workshops) and letting them learn important Agile concepts (e.g., technical debt)

Facilitate change

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

Five (5) years minimum experience working in the Scrum Master role

Familiarity with JIRA

Agile development (Scrum Methodology)

CSM certification
