Batch Maker

Job Description

A leading manufacturer of cleaning chemicals for the commercial, institutional and industrial markets is looking for a Batch Maker!

Schedule: 2nd Shift 3PM to 11:30PM (will train on 1st for 2-3 months)

Pay Range: $18-$20/hour

Job Duties:

Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and formulas

Operate batch-making equipment to produce product

Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety guidelines

Monitor and adjust equipment settings as needed to maintain quality and consistency

Record production data and maintain accurate batch records

Clean and sanitize equipment and work area after each batch

Requirements:

Previous batch making experience

Basic math skills for measuring and calculating ingredient quantities

Ability to handle 55-gallon drums and lift up to 50 lbs bags

Able to operate a forklift for material handling tasks or able to learn
