Established 13 years ago with a modest team managing 60 accounts, we've grown to a robust workforce of 480 employees overseeing 530 accounts. We're now looking for an Assistant Controller, poised to evolve into a Regional Controller job, leading a dedicated team of 3 staff accountants to manage a substantial portfolio of approximately 150 associations.

Job Details

Leadership Role: Spearheaded a team focused on servicing a large book of existing businesses comprising around 150 associations.

Client Interaction: Play a key role in client communications, addressing their needs and maintaining strong relationships.

Consistent Growth: Engage in a fast-paced environment with the company, adding 5-7 new accounts/associations monthly.

On-Site Commitment: Full-time position requiring on-site presence, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with deliverables scheduled 8 days prior to association board
