Position: Manager Allied Health Services

Location: Nasiriyah, Dhi Qar Governorate, Iraq

Contract Details: Full Time, Permanent

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Allied Health Services for a reputed client in IRAQ, who is dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to the local community. The Allied Health Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all allied health services within our organization. This includes managing a team of allied health professionals, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of allied health professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance management

Develop and implement policies and procedures for allied health services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Monitor and evaluate the performance of allied health services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated and efficient delivery of services to patients

Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as healthcare providers and community organizations

Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for allied health services

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and implement changes as needed to improve service delivery

Ensure that all allied health services are delivered in a timely, efficient, and patient-centered manner

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall goals of the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, public health, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a healthcare setting, preferably in allied health services

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to allied health services

Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and resources

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
