Position: Manager Pharmacy

Location: Nasiriyah, Dhi Qar Governorate, Iraq

Contract Details: Full Time, Permanent

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Pharmacy for a reputed client in IRAQ, who is dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to the local community. As the Manager Pharmacy, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department. You will work closely with our team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the pharmacy department - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Monitor inventory levels and ordering of pharmaceutical products

Train and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to best practices - Maintain accurate records and reports for inventory, sales, and other key metrics

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Stay updated on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions for the pharmacy

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy management role

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and best practices

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and pharmacy management software
