Our client, a global Tier 1, Tier 2 Supplier seeks a highly skilled and proactive Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join their IT department. This role is crucial in digitizing and optimizing business processes, implementing and maintaining advanced IT systems, and ensuring seamless migration to cloud services. The BSA will play a key role in driving efficiency, enhancing collaboration across regions, and bolstering security measures. With a strategic focus on upgrading to industry-leading technologies such as SAP (ERP), TeamCenter (PLM) and solutions for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), the BSA will work closely with both IT and business units to facilitate the digital transformation, ensuring operations are resilient and future-proof.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Digital Transformation:

Conduct comprehensive analyses (including business requirements) of existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Lead the digitization efforts, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. Solution Architecture:

Design and implement robust IT solutions (i.e. system specifications, project timelines, resource requirements) to enhance operational efficiency, employee collaboration, and internal “customer” satisfaction

Ensure the integration of the tech stack, including ERP (SAP), PLM (TeamCenter), MES, and WMS among a few solutions the company is transitioning to, to achieve seamless operations.Stakeholder Engagement and Training:

Serve as a critical liaison between IT and various business units, promoting effective communication and understanding of technological changes.

Develop and deliver training programs for new systems and processes. Project and Change Management:

Manage IT projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring they meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and within budget.

Champion continuous improvement and innovation across IT operations. Security and Compliance:

Lead efforts to enhance data security and compliance, working closely with the IT security team to implement best practices and conduct regular audits.Support and Maintenance:

Provide support for all IT systems, manage help desk tickets efficiently, and oversee the maintenance and operation of the company's IT infrastructure (e.g. computer systems, network servers and virtualization infrastructure) Reporting Structure:

Reporting directly to the Director of IT.

KPIs (Illustrative / Not Exhaustive):

Timeliness and efficiency of IT project completions.

Reduction in system outages per year.

Reduction in manual, repetitive processes (replaced with digital solutions to speed up operations, automate some tasks and reduce errors) Competencies / Behaviors

A proactive approach to technology adoption, with a keen interest in leveraging IT to drive business innovation and efficiency.

Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven and first-principles thinking approach

Ability to navigate ambiguity

Not afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed and doing what it takes to execute on complex projects

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in engaging stakeholders across various levels.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a BSA role.

Demonstrable experience in digital transformation projects, particularly those involving cloud migrations and ERP/PLM integrations.

Proficiency in VMware, Veeam, Microsoft 365, and programming languages such as C, C#, C++, and Java.

Familiarity with SAP and TeamCenter is highly desirable.

Mandarin language skills are a plus.
