Department

You will be part of the ECANA Proposal and order handling team. Your primary role is to support with Proposal Submission and order execution along with our technical departments, proposal team, procurement, and shipping functions. You will also ensure our customers’ satisfaction, you should be in daily contact with our valued mining customers, just as you liaise with our sales managers and technical advisors.

Your responsibilities

Build good relations with customers and colleagues overseas.

Have a commercial mindset and be service oriented.

Communicate, handle, and organize parts and service cases within the organization.

Translate customer requirements into proposals and orders.

Drive export control

Contribute to cross-team knowledge’s sharing of best practices.

Co-ordination with Purchase department or vendors directly for vendor offers.

Efficient way of doing Costing, Preparation of Techno Commercial proposal, Order release.

Ensuring quality & timeliness of proposal/Order deliverables.

Co-ordination with Engineering for product validation

What you bring

You are a Global Business Engineer or have a comparable background.

Your previous career has provided you with experience within the cross field of technical sales and customer relations.

You are used to foreseeing and solving potential problems.

You are proactive and have a structured approach to your tasks, enabling you to handle several cases at a time.

You have a cross-cultural understanding and can communicate with people of different nationalities and professional backgrounds.

You have experience with Sharepoint and/or the Office 365 package.

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s Engineering degree/ Diploma in from a reputed university. Mechanical specialization would be preferred.

Experience

2-5 years of experience in techno commercial proposals.

Experience in Engineering / Design / structural knowledge in plants equipment's will be an added advantage.
