Controller
Our growing client in the Youngstown area is seeking a Controller to join their amazing team! The Controller will be responsible for accounting, financial, and compliance, managing and developing the accounting and finance teams, working closely with senior management on a variety of projects, performing financial review and analysis of operating results, and much more!
Requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA or CPA preferred
5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience; cost required
Proven management and leadership skills
Strong project management skills
Experience with an ERP system, advanced MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word
