As a PDN Home Health Administrative Nurse, you will play a vital role in coordinating care between providers, home health staff, and clients.

Your exceptional communication and critical thinking skills will ensure seamless care delivery and client satisfaction.

With Monday through Friday office hours at our Yakima location, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your needs, with 6 to 8 hours per day.
